Problem DescriptionYou can install the WFRM Agent right after completing the installation of the WFBS Security Server, or at a later time. Installing the WFRM Agent requires the following: • Active Internet connection • A WFRM account in the Remote Manager server • GUID - This is generated and provided by the reseller. Solution Please do one of the following: Option I: Install the WFRM Agent from the WFBS server using the Agent installer. Note: You cannot add an optional description that will show on the WFRM console with this method. If the customer already exists on the WFRM console and you use this method to install the Agent, this may result in two customers with the same name appearing on the WFRM network tree. To avoid this, follow Option II. 1. On the Security Server, open the WFRM Agent installer. For WFBS 6.0 and above: This is the ..\PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\RmAgent\WFRMforWFBS.exe file. For WFBS 5.x: Download the copy of the WFRM installer. 2. Click Yes to confirm that you are a certified partner. 3. Do one of the following: • If you do not have a WFRM account, register now based on your region: o North America o Asia Pacific o Latin America (Spanish) o Latin America (Portuguese) o Europe (French) o Europe (German) o Europe (Italian) o Europe (Spanish) • If you already have an account, click Next and then enter the customer information. 4. Click Next. 5. Select the Region and Protocol, and then enter the proxy information. 6. Select the installation folder. 7. Click Next. The WFRM Agent will now be installed. Option II: Use the GUID generated from the WFRM console. 1. Add the customer to the WFRM console. 2. Add the WFBS server to the WFRM console. This will generate a GUID in the process. 3.
