Problem DescriptionThe following procedure applies to Client Server Messaging Security for SMB (CSM) 3.0, 3.5 and 3.6 customers who want to upgrade their old product versions to WFBS Advanced 5.0 / 5.1 and activate a free HES - Inbound Filtering account.Solution Please do the following: 1. Do one of these options: • If you are using CSM 3.5 or 3.6, directly upgrade to WFBS Advanced. • If you are using CSM 3.0, do the following: a. Upgrade to version 3.5 or upgrade to version 3.6. b. Upgrade to WFBS Advanced. 2. Go to the Online Registration Query Website. 3. Follow the page instructions. 4. Enter the CSM Activation Code. If you do not know your Activation Code, do the following: a. Log on to the Security Dashboard. b. Go to Preferences > Product License. c. Under License Information section, copy the Activation Code. 5. Enter the required HES - Inbound Filtering service settings. When you have successfully submitted the form, you will see this message: You have activated your account for Trend Micro’s Hosted Email Security - Inbound Filtering service! In the next 24-48 hours you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions on how to use this service. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 to 48 hours when the setup of your HES - Inbound Filtering account is done.
