Problem Description

This article shows what to do when you received an error message saying that 2006 and 2007 of PC-cillin Internet Security have reached its end of life.

Solution

If you received an email or popup saying your program has reached its end of life or end of support, we recommend upgrading to Titanium Internet Security 2012, which is the latest version.

 

Note: If you are not sure whether your program has been updated, you can check the box of your
product. If you do not have your product's box, check the solution 1053723.

My subscription is current

 

 

 

If you have a valid subscription, you can upgrade to Titanium Internet Security 2012 for free.

 

 

 

Important: Titanium AntiVirus+ is recommended for users with unlimited broadband or equivalent high-speed connection. Check below for additional reminder:

For pay-per-surf users or those with limited downloads: This program automatically downloads updates in the background while you are connected to the Internet.

For dial-up connection users, you can still upgrade to Trend Micro Internet Security 2010.

My subscription has expired

 

 

 

If your subscription has expired, you need to renew it before upgrading to the latest version. You can buy a renewal online or from one of the retail stores that carry Trend Micro products.

I have a current multi-user subscription for version 2006 (serial number begins with PXXP, where XX pertains to letters)

 

 

 

If your license was provided by your company, contact your System Administrator or Human Resources department, who will contact the appropriate reseller or account manager.

 

 

 

Otherwise, prepare your Maintenance Agreement and Order Confirmation Letter (if you received any) and contact Trend Micro Consumer Support.
