I received an email from Trend Micro saying that my PC-cillin Internet Security for Dell 12 or 14 will no longer receive updated protection and support, even though my subscription is still valid. What should I do?
Solution:
Trend Micro has discontinued product support for PC-cillin Internet Security for Dell versions 12 and 14.
To keep your protection against viruses, spyware, and identity theft up to date, we strongly recommend upgrading to the latest version of the product, Trend Micro Internet Security 16.6 for Dell. Please see below for more information.

For valid subscriptions:
The upgrade is free if your subscription has not yet expired. Follow the steps below:
1.
Make sure your computer will be able to run and install the program by checking the software’s minimum system requirements.
2.
Take note of your serial number since this will be carried over to the new version. You can find your serial number in your product’s main console.
3.
Uninstall the older version to prepare for installing the latest one. For instructions, click on the version installed on your computer:

Download and install the free upgrade to Trend Micro Internet Security 16.6 for Dell.
For expired subscriptions:
