To learn how to download and install your program, please follow the steps below:

Make sure you have your serial number.

If you no longer have your serial number, you can find it using any of the methods below:

If you bought your product online, find your serial number at http://www.findmyorder.com/.

Note: You can provide either your order number and password, or your email address and the last five (5) digits of the credit card number you used for your purchase.

If you bought the program from a retail store, check the product box and look for the sticker your serial number was printed on.

Log into your TrendSecure account using your registered email address and password.

Once you have your serial number, check it from the list below for the instructions on downloading and installing your program:

For serial numbers that begin with V:

Example: VEEE-0012-3456-7890-1234 (where E represents any letter).

Download and install Trend Micro Titanium Security for Netbooks.

For serial numbers that begin with X:

Example: XEEE-0012-3456-7890-1234 (where E represents any letter).

Download and install Trend Micro Internet Security Pro.

Note: Since this program is good for up to three (3) computers, follow the same steps for the installation on your second and third computer as you did for the first.

For serial numbers that begin with P:

Example: PEEE-0012-3456-7890-1234 (where E represents any letter).

Download and install Trend Micro Internet Security.

Note: Since this program is good for up to three (3) computers, follow the same steps for the installation on your second and third computer as you did for the first.

For serial numbers that begin with A:

Example: AEEE-0012-3456-7890-1234 (where E represents any letter).

Download and install Trend Micro AntiVirus plus Antispyware.

For Dell Users (North American clients only):

For serial numbers that begin with D:

Example: DEEE-0012-3456-7890-1234 (where E represents any letter).

Download and install Trend Micro Internet Security Dell.

Note: After installing the program on the first computer, refer to the solution: How to download and install Trend Micro Internet Security for Dell on a second and third computer. It has instructions on installing the program on your second and third computer.

Download and install Trend Micro Internet Security Pro for Dell.

Note: Since this program is good for up to three (3) computers, follow the same steps for the installation on your second and third computer as you did for the first.
