What should I do if, after purchasing one of the following products, I cannot find my serial number?

Solution

To find your serial number, please choose the option below that applies to you:

 

If you bought your Trend Micro product online, refer to your order confirmation email, which contains your serial number as well as other details of your purchase.

   

If you renewed your subscription for your Trend Micro product, your serial number is the same as that of the previous version you used. The subscription’s expiry date will be extended based upon the number of years you purchased.

If you purchased your product from Digital River, our online reseller, you can also check their customer service website. You will need to provide them with the information listed below:
