Please do the following to recreate the database:
1. From the Security Server, use the Microsoft Services console to stop the Trend Micro Security Server Master Service.
2. Using Task Manager, make sure that the following processes are not running.
· ofcservice.exe
· dbserver.exe
3. Go to the %ProgramFiles%\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV directory and look for the HTTPDB folder.
4. Make a backup copy of the HTTPDB folder (Example: HTTPDB_backup), and then delete all the contents of the original HTTPDB folder.
Note: Doing this will retain the original folder security and permissions.
5. Return to the Services console and restart the Trend Micro Security Server Master Service.
Note: When restarting the Master Service, no client will appear. However, when the clients reboot, get update from the server or when the Client/Server Security Agent Listener is restarted, the database will automatically be repopulated.
6. From any CSA, open the Services console and restart the Trend Micro Client/Server Security Agent Listener service.
Note: This step does not apply to WFBS 6.0 SP1 / SP2/SP3 if Client self-protection is enabled. Follow this procedure instead: How to unload the CSA, and then go to Step 6.
7. Log on to the WFBS console.
8. Go to the Security Settings page and refresh it after 30 seconds.
