If you are in North America, you can use your PayPal account to buy a new Trend Micro program or a license renewal from the online store. To learn how, please follow the steps below:

Note: This service is not currently available for other regions.

Click on the task you would like to do in the Trend Micro Online Store:

·         Buy a new product

·         Renew your license or subscription

Follow any instructions indicated. You will be directed to the Shopping Cart page.

Finalize your order then click Continue Checkout.

You will be taken to the Billing & Payment Information page.

In the Enter Billing Information section, type the required details into the fields provided.

Note: Fields marked with asterisks (*) are required.

You will need to do the following:

·         Include your area code before your telephone number in the Phone Number field.

·         Type the email address you used to register with PayPal in the Email Address field.

·         Make sure the email address you type in the Verify Email Address field is exactly the same as the one you type into the Email Address field.

Proceed to the Payment Information section and mark the radio button beside PayPal, as shown below.

Click on the red End User License Agreement link to read the license agreement, then return to the Billing & Payment Information page and tick the box beside End User License Agreement: I have read and agree to its terms.

Double-check all the information on the page then submit the form by clicking Place Secure Order.

When you see the page displaying the items you will be purchasing and the total cost of your purchase, verify this information then click Buy Now.

You will be directed to the PayPal site.

Log into your PayPal account using your registered email address and password.

9.

Once you are logged in, confirm your payment method and complete the payment.

Once you have completed the transaction, PayPal will email you the receipt.

10.

When you receive confirmation of your successful payment, click Review Payment to download the program. If you bought a CD installer for your program, you can wait for this to be shipped to your address.
