This article shows you how to reinstall the latest version of your program according to your Serial Number.

When you install the latest version of your Trend Micro program, you get better performance and protection. This program upgrade is free if you have a valid subscription. To install the latest version, please follow the steps below:
  1. Get a copy of your serial number. For instructions on where to find it, check this solution: Where to find your serial number for your Trend Micro program.
  2. Once you have your serial number, check its first few letters to know which program you need to download and install. Compare it with the programs below and click the one that matches your serial number:
