How to create a new Trend Micro account to register your product if your old email address is not working

Problem Description

The email address I used to activate my subscription for my previous Trend Micro program is no longer working. How can I register my Trend Micro program using a different email address?

Solution

When you are prompted to register your program, please do the following.

 

1.

Select Create a new account.

 

 

2.

Type your new email address into the field provided.

If the email address you entered is not in the Trend Micro database, you will see a green checkmark beside it and can proceed to Step 3.

 

 

 

If the email address is already in our database, you will see a red X mark with a message telling you there is an existing account. If this happens, type in an email address that is not in our database then proceed to the next step.

 

 

3.

Fill up the rest of the fields in the form.

 

 

4.

Double-check that the information you have typed in is correct, then click Next.

 

 

5.

When you see a window confirming your registration, click Finish.
