How to check whether you are running the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows 7

Trend Micro products compatible with Windows 7 may require you to download different tools or installers, depending on whether you are running a 32-bit or 64-bit operating system.

If you are not sure which version of Windows 7 you are running, find out by following the steps below:

Go to your computer’s Properties window.

If you are not sure how to do this, do either of the following:
