How do I verify that my subscription renewal has been successful?

Solution

You can verify that your renewal has been successful by checking the items below:

 

Order Confirmation - This is the transaction receipt. Once this page is displayed it means that your order is complete. The system will also email you a copy of your order confirmation for your reference.

 

If you did not receive a confirmation email from Trend Micro, check your Spam, Bulk, or Junk mail folders. If you find the email there, your ISP or your own software spam-blocker or filters have diverted our email.

   

Main Console – The product main console should automatically display a check mark next to Subscription with the updated expiration date next to it once you have successfully purchased the renewal.


    For 2009 versions:

It is normal to see “Acquiring data” next to Subscription as the system is attempting to get the updated information from our server.

   

Due to internet traffic, this process may take sometime. Please allow 24-48 hours for the subscription time to synchronize with our order process system.
