I have been using Trend Micro AntiVirus 11 (2004) or Trend Micro AntiVirus plus AntiSpyware 2007, and my program has reached its end of life or end of support. I want to upgrade to the newest version to make sure my computer is still protected. How do I do this?
Important: You can avail of a free upgrade to Trend Micro AntiVirus plus AntiSpyware 2010 so long as your subscription is current. If it has expired, you will need to renew your license before upgrading.

Note: Before upgrading to the latest version of Trend Micro AntiVirus plus AntiSpyware, please take note of your serial number and make sure your computer meets the program’s minimum system requirements.

After uninstalling the older software and restarting your system, download, install, and then activate Trend Micro AntiVirus plus AntiSpyware 2010 on your computer.

Note: Since Trend Micro AntiVirus 11 and Trend Micro AntiVirus plus AntiSpyware licenses are only good for one (1) computer, you may need to transfer the license by typing in the password you used when you first registered your program. After successfully installing the 2010 version of your program on your computer, download your first program updates and run an initial scan.
