How do I uninstall Trend Micro AntiVirus 11 from my computer?

Problem Description


To remove Trend Micro AntiVirus 11 (2004) from your computer, please do the following:

1.	Close all open programs.

2.	Click Start > My Computer.



3.	Double-click Local Disk (C:) to open it.



4.	Go to Program Files then double-click on the Trend Micro folder.





5.	Double-click on the Antivirus folder to open it.



6.	Double-click PCCTOOL.



7.	Click on the [E] Uninstall tab, then click 4. Uninstall.



8.	When a window asking you if you want to uninstall the product appears, click Uninstall.



9.	Wait for the uninstallation to complete.



10.	When the removal is finished and you are prompted to restart your computer, click Yes.
