To renew your subscription to your Trend Micro program, please follow the steps below:

1.

Make sure you are connected to the Internet.
|
|
|
|
|
2.
|
Open your Trend Micro program. This will bring up the main console window.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
If you are not sure how to perform this step, refer to solution EN-1036436.
|
|
|
|
|
3.
|
Click Renew Now.
|
|
|
Note: If you have a 2007 Trend Micro product (version 15) or older, this would have passed its end of life or end of support date earlier this year. After purchasing a renewal, upgrade to the latest versions by following the instructions in Step 8.
|
|
|
|

Click Other Settings > Subscription > Renew Now.

Once on the Trend Micro Online Store’s Shopping Cart page, make sure no unwanted items are listed and all the items you want to purchase are in the quantities you want to purchase them.

Edit any discrepancies that might be on the list.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
If there are no erroneous entries, proceed to the next step.
|
|
|
|
|
6.
|
Double-check that the order is correct then click Continue Checkout.
|
|
|
|
|
7.
|
Fill up the form on the Billing & Payment Information page then submit it by clicking Place Secure Order.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
Once you are done, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email, which will serve as your proof of purchase.
|
|
|
|
|

After receiving the Order Confirmation Email, upgrade your program to the latest version.
|
|
|
|
|
