My computer crashed and I need to re-install my program. I cannot find the installer file for my Trend Micro product.

Solution: |

Please select an option that applies to you:
- If you purchased Trend Micro Internet Security Pro 2010, Trend Micro Internet Security 2010, or Trend Micro AntiVirus plus AntiSpyware 2010 online, you can re-download the installer file via Digital River’s Extended Download service.
|
|
|
|
Note: The Extended Download Service is valid one year from the date of purchase.
|
|
|
|
|
Follow the steps below:
|
|
|
|
|
|

Go to the Digital River online store.
|
|
|
b.
|
Under Quick order Lookup, type your Order number and password. Click Submit.
|
|
|
c.
|
Your purchase details will appear.
|
|
|
d.
|
Under Product Name, click Begin Download.
|
|
|
e.
|
On the File Download window, click on Save.
|
|
|
f.
|
The Save As window appears. Click on Desktop as the location and click on Save.
|
|
|
g.
|
After the download, go to your desktop and double-click on the installer file to start the installation.
