Problem:

The main console refers to your Trend Micro program’s main window; it appears when you open up the program. This is where you can edit your program settings, run system scans, etc.

To open your Trend Micro program’s main console, double-click on the Trend Micro icon shortcut on your desktop or the icon in your system tray (beside the computer clock), as seen in the images below:

 

For Windows XP

For Windows Vista and Windows 7
