To change your registered email address, please refer to the steps below.

Note: You have to be connected to the Internet to follow the instructions below.

1.

Open the Trend Micro Internet Security main console by following either of the steps below:
|

Click Start > Programs or All Programs > Trend Micro Internet Security > Trend Micro Internet Security.

Double-click on the Trend Micro Internet Security icon in the lower right corner of your screen.
|

Click Other Settings > Subscription > More Details. This will open the TrendSecure login page.
|

|
|

Type the email address and password you have registered to Trend Micro in the fields provided for you.
|
| |
Note: If you forgot the email address you have registered, click Forgot which address you used before? Similarly, if you forgot the password you used for that email address, click Forgot your password?
|

After successfully logging in, click the Edit button in the upper right-hand side corner of the screen.
|
| |

5.
|
When the Edit email address screen appears, type in the new email address you wish to use and retype it in the field below then click OK.
Note: Make sure the email addresses you type into the New Email Address and Retype New Email Address are exactly the same.

6.
|
Type in your password to confirm the change you want to make. Click OK when you are done.
|
|
7.
|
When the confirmation screen appears, informing you that the email address change was successful, click Done.
|
|
8.
|
An email confirming the changes you made will be sent to both the old and new email address.
|
