To change the details registered on your Trend Micro Internet Security, Trend Micro Internet Security Pro, or Trend Micro AntiVirus plus AntiSpyware account, please refer to the steps below:

Note: You must be connected to the Internet to perform these steps successfully.
|

1.

Open the Trend Micro Internet Security main console by doing any of the following:
|

Click Start > Programs or All Programs > Trend Micro Internet Security > Trend Micro Internet Security.
|

Double-click the Trend Micro Internet Security icon on the lower right corner of your screen.
|

|

Click Other Settings > Subscription > More Details. This will open the TrendSecure login page.
|

Type the email address and password you have registered with Trend Micro in the fields provided for you and then click Sign In.
|

Note: If you forgot the email address you have registered, click Forgot which address you used before? Similarly, if you forgot the password you used for that email address, click Forgot your password?

After successfully logging in, click Edit Trend Micro account in the upper right-hand side corner of the screen.
|

When the Edit Trend Micro Account screen appears, select/type the information you wish to change and then click OK.
|

5.

Click OK when you are done.
|
| |
|
|
6.

When the confirmation screen appears to inform you that you have successfully made the changes in your account details, click Done.
|
