You can allow or block specific web sites with the Parental Controls feature. Do the following:

 

1.

Open the Trend Micro Internet Security main console by doing any of the following:

   
 

Click Start > Programs or All Programs > Trend Micro Internet Security > Trend Micro Internet Security.

 

Double-click the Trend Micro Internet Security icon on the lower right corner of your screen.

   

2.

Click Internet & Email Controls on the left panel.

   

3.

Click Parental Controls on the right panel.

   

4.

Click Settings.

   
 

   

5.

Put a checkmark in the Activate parental controls checkbox.

   

6.

Select either of the following options:

 

Only allow access to Web sites on your List of Approved Web Sites

 

Allow access to most Web sites, but block those on your List of Blocked Web Sites

   
 

   

7.

Depending on your selection in step 6, click the List of Approved Web Sites or List of Blocked Web Sites link.

   

8.

Click Add.

   
 

   

9.

Do any of the following to add a an approved or blocked Web site:

   
 

Select Add the address (URL) of a Web site then type the address of the Web site you want to allow or block.

     
 

Select Import addresses (URLs) of Web sites recently opened then select the Web site from the list. You can use the shift or control key to select multiple web sites.

     
 

Select Import addresses (URLs) from your Internet Explorer "Favorites" then select the Web sites from the list. You can use the shift or control key to select multiple web sites.

   
 

   

10.

Put a checkmark in the Include all pages of the Web sites selected to allow or block all subpages of the selected Web sites.

   

11.

Click OK twice.

   

12.

Close the Trend Micro Internet Security main console.

   
 

Note: If your Internet Explorer browser is currently open, you need to close and re-open it for the new settings to take effect.
