How can I tell if I am eligible for a free upgrade to the latest version of Trend Micro Internet Security Pro?

Problem Description

I have an older version of Trend Micro Internet Security Pro. I want to know if I can upgrade to the latest version for free.

Solution

You can upgrade to the latest version for free if your old Trend Micro Internet Security Pro has not yet expired.

 

Note: The same expiration date will apply as you will just be upgrading to the latest version.

·         What if my subscription has expired?

             If your subscription has expired, you can either purchase the latest version by:
 

·         Purchasing online

·         Going to your local retail store
