Which operating systems can I run the program on?

Trend Micro Internet Security 2010 can only be installed with the following versions of Microsoft Windows (to see the full set of system requirements for this program, refer to solution EN-1054205):

32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 7 Ultimate, Home Premium, Home Basic, or Starter Kit

·         

32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows Vista Premium, Ultimate, Home Business, or Home Premium with Service Pack 1 (SP1) or Service Pack 2 (SP2)

·         

32-bit version of Windows XP Home or Professional with Service Pack 2 (SP2) or Service Pack 3 (SP3) — this cannot work with Windows XP 64-bit

For users with unlimited broadband or high-speed Internet connection, get the free upgrade to Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security 2011. You can do this if your subscription has not yet expired. 

For users of pay-per-surf or those with limited downloads, proceed to upgrading to Trend Micro Internet Security 2010.

How do I reinstall the program or install it on my second or third computer?

When reinstalling the program, you can follow the same procedure you used to install it the first time.

If you have a CD, just insert this into the drive and follow the prompts.
