Problem:

You can save the settings for your desktops and servers, then import them later to new desktops and servers. The settings are saved as a data file (.dat). 

Below are the settings that can be imported and exported:

• In Security Settings: Antivirus/Anti-Spyware, Firewall, Web Reputation, URL Filtering, Behavior Monitoring, Trend Secure Toolbar, Mail Scan, Client Privilege, Quarantine

• In Scans: Manual Scan, Scheduled Scan


Note: You can import / export settings between desktops and servers. Settings are not dependent on group type.

To import settings, please do the following:


1. Log on to the WFBS console.

2. On the Security Settings page, select a desktop or server.

3. Click Import. The Import Settings screen appears.

4. Click Browse.

5. Look for the file, then click Import.


To export settings, do the following:

1. Log on to the WFBS console.

2. On the Security Settings screen, select a desktop or server.

3. Click Export. The Export Settings screen appears.

4. Click Export.

5. On the Windows dialog box, click Save and select the location.
