Problem Description How do you delete a customer account in WFRM? Solution Note: This solution applies to resellers only. To delete a customer account in the WFRM console, please do the following: 1. Remove all the associated domains for the customer. Important: If you accidentally delete a domain, all the records for this domain will be deleted. If you wish to re-register the domain to the WFRM Server, you have to create a new domain and Globally Unique Identifier (GUID) for this customer. You also need to reinstall the WFRM Agent on the Security Server and use the new GUID. a. Click the Customers tab. b. On the left pane, select the target customer. c. Right click the target product or service, then select Delete this product/service. d. Click OK. 2. Select the customer you wish to delete. 3. Right-click the target customer, then click Delete this customer.
