Problem Description

The SIC tool automatically collects information about your system, specifically when you encounter malware-related issues. It allows both you and Trend Micro Technical Support to pinpoint possible infections by an unknown malware.

Important: SIC does not fix systems or clean infections. Among other uses, it is recommended for the following actions:

Investigating suspicious processes, files, and activities that occur on machines.

Investigating product scan action failures. Scan actions can either be “clean”, “delete”, or “quarantine”.
