Problem Description

What are the steps ifor adding customers in the WFRM console?

Solution

Note: This solution applies to resellers only.

 

To add customers in the WFRM console, please do the following:

 

1.

Log on to the WFRM server.

   

2.

Click the Customers tab, then click Add Customer on the left pane.

   

3.

On the Company Info page, provide the following information:

   
  Note: Do not use the characters inside the parentheses: (&), (") and (<).
   
 

Customer Name

 

Time Zone

 

Country / Region

   
 

WFRM Customer Information page

   

4.

Click Next.

   

5.

Enter the correct information in the required fields, then click Next.

   

6.

Click Close.

   
 

The new customer node is now under your customer tree.
