Problem Description What are the steps ifor adding customers in the WFRM console? Solution Note: This solution applies to resellers only. To add customers in the WFRM console, please do the following: 1. Log on to the WFRM server. 2. Click the Customers tab, then click Add Customer on the left pane. 3. On the Company Info page, provide the following information: Note: Do not use the characters inside the parentheses: (&), (") and (<). • Customer Name • Time Zone • Country / Region 4. Click Next. 5. Enter the correct information in the required fields, then click Next. 6. Click Close. The new customer node is now under your customer tree.
