Problem:

When users access their emails through OWA, they receive a loading... message after CSM-SMB 2.0, specifically its OfficeScan Corporate Edition (OSCE) 6.0 component, was installed on Windows 2003 Small Business Server (SBS) with Microsoft Exchange 2003.

Resolve this issue by installing CSM-SMB 2.0 OSCE on a virtual site, instead of installing OSCE on the default web site.

This means during installation, select the IIS virtual web site option and NOT the IIS default web site option.
