An article’s solution ID is its unique identifier. This can be found in the following locations:

When you search our Knowledge Base, you will get a list of results. Details like the title and the applicable products will be shown. The number at the end of the title line is the solution ID.

When you access an article on our Knowledge Base, you will see the title in large red letters, followed by a box containing information about the solution. The solution ID is the first entry in this box, followed by the applicable products and operating systems, and then by the article’s publish date.
