I have a Trend Micro program installed in my computer. How can I verify if I am eligible to upgrade to Trend Micro Internet Security Pro.

Here are some guidelines on how to check if you are eligible for the free upgrade:

1.

You should have a Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2006 and Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2007 installed in your computer.

2.

If you have Trend Micro Internet Security installed in your computer, you can also upgrade to Trend Micro Internet Security Pro using the upgrade kit.

3.

You should have an active full version license for Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2006 or Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2007.

4.

If you have a valid a multi-user license, contact Trend Micro Consumer Support for help with your upgrade.

If your multiple-user license has expired, please purchase Trend Micro Internet Security Pro. A single Trend Micro Internet Security Pro license allows you to install the program on three computers. If, for example, you want to install it on to 5 computers, you only need to purchase two licenses.

If your license was provided by your company, contact your system administrator or Human Resources personnel for more information. They will contact the appropriate reseller or account manager for your upgrade.

Those using a trial version should purchase Trend Micro Internet Security Pro.
