Problem:

Trend Micro Technical Support asked me to provide my serial number for PC-cillin Internet Security 2005. Where can I find this information?

If you purchased the CD package for PC-cillin Internet Security, you can find your serial number on the left page of the CD booklet. You can also find it on the main console. Do the following:


1.	Open the PC-cillin Internet Security main console by doing any of the following:

	•	Click Start > Programs or All Programs > Trend Micro PC-cillin > Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2005

	•	Double-click the PC-cillin Internet Security icon on the lower right corner of your screen.

2.	Click Help on the upper right corner of the screen:



3.	Select About on the menu that appears.

4.	Under License Information, check your serial number:
