I am getting different error messages when installing Trend Micro Internet Security Pro

Problem:

I am unable to install Trend Micro Internet Security Pro because different error messages are appearing during the installation.

You need the help of Trend Micro Consumer Support to look into your problem. Send all of the following files to Trend Micro Consumer Support for analysis:

_tis_msiexecxxxx.log

Located at C:\Windows\Temp.

xxxx_TIS16_tismsi_xxxx.log

Located at C:\Windows\Temp

xxxx_TIS16_setupwizard_xxxx.log

Located at C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Internet Security\Log

xxxx_tis16_sfsvlcmd.log

Located at C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Internet Security\Log

setupapi.app.log

Located at C:\Windows\inf

setupapi.dev.log

Located at C:\Windows\inf

Note: The prefix xxxx is the date when you encountered the error.
