Problem:

The ServerProtect Information Server's CPU usage increases to abnormal levels upon receiving a certain command.

    This hot fix prevents the Information Server's CPU usage from increasing when responding to the malicious command.

    II. System Requirements:

    There are no special requirements for installing this hot fix.

    III. How to get this hot fix:

    Contact Trend Micro Technical Support to request for the SPNT5.58_HotfixB1137.zip file, which should only be installed on servers running SPNT 5.58.

    Premium Support Program (PSP) clients can contact their Technical Account Manager (TAM) directly.
