How to register your 2008 Trend Micro program on a secondary computer

|
The second and third computers on which you install and register Trend Micro Internet Security Pro or Trend Micro Internet Security will both be registered as secondary users.
|
| |
| Note: This solution is also applicable for Trend Micro Internet Security 16.6 for Dell. |

Follow these steps to register a secondary user:
|

Note: An Internet connection is required to complete the registration process.
|
| |

1.

Open the main console using any of the steps below:
|

Click on Start > All Programs > Trend Micro Internet Security > Trend Micro Internet Security.

Double-click on the Trend Micro Internet Security icon on the Desktop.
|
| |
|
|

Right-click on the Trend Micro icon on lower right corner of the screen and click on Open Main Console.

Go to the Other Settings tab and click Subscription.
|
| |
|
|

Click on the Activate Now button.
|
| |
|
|
4.
|
In the Name or Description field, type in a unique description of this installation, such as "my 2nd computer" then click Next. This will differentiate this installation from other installations.

5.
|
Wait until you see the window with your expiration date and the name or description you created for this installation to verify that the activation was successful.
|

6.

Click on Next to complete the process, or you can change the name or description for the installation by clicking Edit.
