Why is my product not listed in the Contact Trend Micro Technical Support page?

Problem:

When users go to the Contact Trend Micro Technical Support page, they are unable to find their products in the drop-down list.

Solution:

This issue arises because of any of the following:


I. The product name was changed when the latest version was released.


Trend Micro occasionally changes its product names to reflect the increasing capabilities and improving antivirus / security technology included in newer versions of the products.


Here are some examples:



II. The product is already obsolete.



Trend Micro does not provide support for End-of-Life (EOL) products and versions beyond what is already available through our Knowledge Base.


Since an EOL product or product version may no longer be compatible with the latest scan engine, pattern file, and other antivirus updates, Trend Micro strongly recommends upgrading to the latest product version or migrating to a new product that fits your needs to ensure your continued antivirus protection and security.
